8u Rules Changes

As players are transitioning from 7u to 8u, the following changes are implemented to the game rules.

• Game Length – 1 hour and 30 minutes and or 6 innings (7u was 60 minutes and 5 innings)
• Base runners may advance one base on an over throw
• The ball is dead once it is possessed by a defensive player in the infield. (In 7u, the ball was declared dead once it entered the infield playing area – baseline.)
