As the boys transition from 9u to 10u baseball this fall there are a few changes to the game rules.
- Base runners may lead off
- Pitchers will be given one balk warning
- Pitchers are moved back to 45 feet from 40 feet
- Bases are now 65 feet vs. 60 feet apart
- Catchers must catch the 3rd strike or the runner may advance to 1st base if its not occupied
- Base runners may advance from 3rd base to home plate on a passed ball or stolen base
- Pitchers may pitch 4 innings in a game and can’t exceed a total of 6 innings or 6 innings in 3 consecutive days of league play.
