July 27 – The 12u Bombers defeated the Outlaws to capture the tournament championship this weekend at the Woodlands.
After dropping a game yesterday, 8-0 to the Outlaws, the Bombers bounced back to defeat the Titans 10-8 on Sunday morning to advance to the championship game.
Leading 2-1 after 4 1/2 innings, the Outlaws got a big 5th inning to take a 5-2 lead heading into the 6th. The Bombers responded getting 4 of their own in the top of the 6th to take a 6-5 lead.
